M.A.G.I.C. GRANTS
Minor Acts Generate Immense Change
We believe every young person deserves the opportunity to succeed, regardless of background or circumstance. That's why the M.A.G.I.C. Grant process is designed to reduce financial barriers and put real resources behind youth-led ideas.
Through our competitive grant program, young people ages 13–19 apply for funding to design and lead projects that create meaningful impact in their communities. These aren't symbolic opportunities. They're real budgets, real partnerships, and real responsibility. Students bring the vision. We help make it possible.
Applications open each spring and each fall, giving students time to identify a community need, develop a project plan, and secure a partnership with a local school, nonprofit, church, or community organization with the school semester. Selected grantees receive funding along with guidance and support to carry their project from concept to completion. The process is intentionally hands-on: young people are expected to lead, problem-solve, and follow through.
The results go beyond the projects themselves. When a young person is trusted with real responsibility and given the tools to act on it, something changes in them. They gain confidence, leadership skills, and a firsthand understanding of what it means to serve others. Those are the kinds of lessons that last a lifetime, and the kind of people who go on to make their communities better for everyone.
WANNA HELP?
Sometimes, making the magic happen requires a little financial support. If you'd like to help fund scholarships, establish a new one, or even contribute by purchasing a class or making a recurring donation, your generosity can make a real difference. Every contribution helps more kids access our programs and unlock their full potential. Together, we can create opportunities and help their magic shine!
